Community news • Capt. Hylton Baker, commander of the Summit County sheriff's drug unit, received a national award of Outstanding Task Force Commander from the Ohio Density Drug Trafficking Areas unit. Baker was responsible for the confiscation of 5,362 pounds of marijuana, 160 grams of heroin, 503 grams of methamphetamine and 24 kilograms of cocaine from April 1, 2007, through April 1, 2008.

In my previous post, I discussed how the 2008Q2 advance GDP estimate would be revised, and the possibility that the final figure (after annual revisions) could enter in below zero. One reason that might occur is because the GDP deflator could be revised upward.
